"In 1967 I moved from Queens Village to California after a six-year marriage ended.  I met Al Bellinger and we have been happily married for 33 years.  I acquired three stepchildren and eventually five grandchildren who all live in Michigan.

We have lived in California for a total of 14 years, Nevada 2 years, Michigan 2 years, and Texas 17 years, where we now live in a golfing community.

We also raised and showed dogs (boxers), which kept us busy weekends on the dog show circuit in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, California and Arizona. We stopped showing dogs in 1992, but still have one boxer who is the son of one of our champions.

When it gets too cold in Huntsville, we take a break and go to the Rio Grande Valley in south Texas where we stay in an RV Park with the “Winter Texans”.
