I was the shy quiet girl with the strange Norwegian accent in Mr. Mandel's
homeroom. After graduation I went to work for Chase Bank and married
Bent in 1957. We have three children and four grandchildren.
Bent's carrier brought us many places. We lived first in Bayridge,
B'klyn, then to Kwajalein in the Marshall Islands, from there to New
Jersey then on to California and back to New Jersey again where our
three children now reside. I went back to work in banking again when our
youngest child was in grade school. We moved to Florida in 1986
where we have been since. We now enjoy visiting our children
and grandchildren as well as cruising twice a year. We have
also had the opportunity to visit many places in Europe and of course our
families in Scandinavia. I have re-established contact with
sis-graduate Jo Cannella Skinner and two other friends from grade school.
We are looking forward to the gala in April 2003.
