In 1958 Mary Iori became Mary
Iori Langhauser. Joe, my husband, and I were blessed with three children -
a son Joe, born in Topeka, Kansas, a daughter Ann, born in N.Y. and our
youngest, Lisa born in N.J. Currently, one is engineering, another
teaching at a college, and the third, "Mothering" a newborn. We are
proud of our children and of our six grandchildren - great kids. Presently, Joe and I live in Basking Ridge, NJ, although for more than 25 years we resided in E. Northport, LI. Thanks to Eddie Bradin the Lane reunion news reached me. The anticipated Reunion 2003 - class of 1953 should be COOL! I enjoyed wonderful years at Franklin K. Lane HS. Viewing the website warmed my heart. Was so sorry to learn that Robert Oakes, Charlie Dimino, Fran Heppner and Stuart Golan were among the deceased. Robert Oakes was my 8th Grade "Crush" (P.S. #76 Brooklyn). Charlie Dimino managed my GO campaign when I "ran for" and became Vice President of that student organization. Fran and Stu were good friends. Joan Manning, Dolores Peczy, Arlene Cornell, Beverly Tricky, Bennett Rosner, John Ebert, Clif Daniels, Debbie Reich, Joyce McQueen, and a multitude of others are remembered fondly. Rose L Pascal, Marian Reich, Mr. Calia and soooo many other teachers were great! I could go on and on ---what fun times we shared!! -Mary Iori Langhauser |
